Confluent Web Designs’ founder, Frank Tarsia, is also the Chief Designer. His career started on Wall Street as an IT management consultant for the prestigious accounting firm of Price Waterhouse Coopers. As an IT consultant, he was part of design and development team building large scale business systems. Frank’s specific technical expertise in graphic design made him the Graphic User Interface (GUI) designer.
Mr. Tarsia is also a proficient writer, and has written several articles relating to technology and it’s effects on investment banking trades processing. Each of these article were published in the Journal for Systems Management and American Banking Association (ABA) publications. One of those articles specifically articulated the effects Bar Code technology on the securities industry. Mr. Tarsia was often called upon to be key note speaker at the annual ABA Conference.
Frank started his own IT Consulting company with such reputable clients as CitiBank, JP Morgan Chase, Deutsche Bank, DTC, State Street Bank and Long Term Credit Bank and Trust of Japan. He was also under contract with two software development firms, Montclair Financial Systems and, British based, Netik LLC.
Taking his business experience and authoring expertise, combined Graphic Design skills into Website Design and Development, to start up Confluent Web Designs. Recently, Confluent Web Designs developed a partnership with a Google Certified company. This affiliation enables Confluent to offer website hosting, digital marketing and (SEO) services along with Web Design. Founded by Mr. Tarsia, Confluent Web Designs launched their first website in 2012.
Frank has a considerable User Experience (UX) design background, and relevant analysis and methodology skills. Mr. Tarsia is also an experienced web animator, familiar with all of the latest animation techniques and technologies, including the newest and most advanced of these, Parallax Scrolling. Frank’s experience and background make him the complete package for Website Design and Development.
